Pay Deposit & Reserve Your Seat
This $250 deposit will be applied towards your first session and is not an additional fee. it is simply a confirmation of your commitment to our work and the ability to safely hold your session time. Deposits must be paid within 72 hours of receiving your offer letter.

Financial Form & Terms + Conditions
I highly suggest submitting your deposit and completing your forms together at the same time. Late deposits and financial forms will result in a delay in your enrollment and it is possible you will lose your seat. Please act quickly!

Set Your Appointment Time
We will be working together regularly, it would be best for you to select a time that works best for you on an ongoing basis. You can do so by selecting that time on my calendar below.
What will it look like?
Because of the intimate and personalized nature of this style of coaching, it will look different for each person. However, there are many similarities too…
We will speak either once per week or every other week, depending on your needs. Within the container of our sessions together, we will discuss your current wellness needs, what you are currently experiencing, and set wellness goals alongside actions to create the path to those goals.
Additionally, we will discuss potential and real obstacles to reach your goals while cultivating techniques to navigate these together.
At the same time, I will be your guide in learning techniques to support wellness including cooking skills, nutritional education, and modern day tools to simplify the process or easily track your body’s changes.
I will also remind you that our work together is guided by YOU, and if you would like to request a topic of discussion, want to learn more about a specific area, and/or want/need more specific support, please feel free to share this with me.
